Terms & Conditions — 35nd Platform Usage Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using the 35nd platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor browsing publicly available content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 35nd (the "Platform" or "We" or "Us").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 35nd platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 35nd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document and form part of the overall agreement between you and 35nd.

Access to and use of the 35nd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The 35nd platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players who are found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.
• The outcome of any game or sports betting market, where such outcome was generated by a certified RNG or by a third-party live casino studio operating under their own certified processes.
• Any delay in processing a withdrawal that arises from a player's failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner.

Nothing in this section shall operate to exclude or limit 35nd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate the player's account and end the agreement governed by these Terms under the following conditions:
